What you can improve on is your time management to complete all your boards. An example is the incomplete artist reference drawing and the uncoloured layouts and the messy writing on your colour scheme page.

I love your shading techniques, it makes your drawings seem much more realistic and I like it! There are various tones in the shadings and they look so beautiful. Also, the choices of colours that you pick out are subtle and soft, and they are pleasing to my eyes as well. :)
However, your final artwork is a little dissappointing. The colours use in your artpiece is pale and very light, and I think there are much more colours you could add in to make it more vibrant and colourful.
Overall, I think that you are capable of doing much better for your final artwork, looking at your preparation boards! You are very talented, keep up the good work! :)
